RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Except where goods are faulty, no returns of goods or refunds will be considered by us unless requested within 14 days of the invoice date. Except in the case where the goods are faulty, where a return is accepted by us a handling fee will be charged to cover the cost of the courier.
If you order the goods in error then you will pay for the cost of the courier to return the goods. If Independent Office Solutions make the error then we incur the cost of the courier to return the goods. If you want to return a product and there is no fault with the product and we have supplied correctly a restocking fee of 15% will apply to items that we need to restock or send back to our supplier, providing the item is in its original packaging and re sellable

Retention of Title

We will retain full legal and equitable title in the goods until such time as the whole of the purchase price is received in cleared funds by us.
Until such time as we receive payment in full we may enter the Applicant’s premises (or the premises of any guarantor or any other associated person on entity where the goods are located) without liability for trespass or any resulting damage and re-take possession of the goods.
If the goods are resold by the Applicant, the Applicant must hold such part of the proceeds of sale as represents the invoice price of the goods in a separate identifiable account as our beneficial property and pay such amount to us on request.
The above rights do not affect our right to maintain an action against the applicant for the purchase price.

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer free delivery for all stationery orders metro Melbourne (covering all office supplies) that are to the value of $50.00 ex gst or more for trading account customers. For non account holders (prepaid customers) a flat fee of $6.95 ex gst will be charged to deliver metro Melbourne.With regards to office furniture delivery will depend on the size of the order & the location in which the goods are to be delivered. Delivery costs for office furniture will be quoted on prior to shipment of goods.
A small delivery fee would apply for account holders when the order value is under $50.00 ex gst , local customers are welcome to pick up small orders we have no minimum order value to process the order.

Standard lead time for delivery is next day service (for stocked items metro Melbourne) when your order is placed up till 5:00pm. We do offer same day delivery upon request when your order is requested & received prior to midday ( for stocked items ). For items non stocked please allow 2-3 trading days.
If you are a regional Victoria customer or  interstate customer a flat delivery fee will apply of $15.00 ex gst and to some regional areas $20.00 ex gst and $20.00 ex gst to WA and to Northern Territory 
We don't deliver paper interstate unless the volume is 120 reams or more due to freight costs.
Delivery interstate for copy paper is to ground floor only for free delivery.
Office furniture & office machinery a delivery fee will apply this will vary on location & weight which we can discuss prior to your purchase, thank you.

 All orders placed in metro Melbourne before 5:00pm for stocked items will be next day delivery , some non stocked items we can also accomodate next day delivery, non stocked items can take approximately 2 days to order in & deliver when coming from suppliers interstate. Regional and interstate deliveries depending on location will be from next day to 1-3 days by courier and postage .

Peak times such as Christmas postage & courier times can vary , however lead times that we advertise are reliable , thank you.
